Four-State Cheddar & Bacon Chowder

So...I picked up this bag of Sargento's Four-State Cheddar cheese and it is probably my favorite pre-shredded cheese ever!.

While sprinkling some into a salad, I was looking at the back of the bag and saw this recipe.

 I thought it sounded pretty good - so I decided to make it.  It whips up pretty fast so I didn't take the step-by-step photos along the way.  Let me just say that it was very yummy!!  I will keep this recipe and will make it again - very good !
